SHIPPING POLICY

Responsibility

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that have not been received due to an error in the recipient's address. Please make sure the recipient's address is correct and contact our customer service if your recipient has not received the order.

 

How do I send an order to a different delivery address?

You can order a product and have it shipped to another address. You just need to write the address where you want the product to be delivered in the delivery address. As a security measure, orders paid for by credit card that must be shipped to an address other than that of the credit card holder may be subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel questionable orders.

 

Exceptions:

The owner of Native Crafts Supplies reserves the right to change the fixed shipping rate at any time and without notice.

The flat rate shipping rate may vary in infrequent cases and applies to overweight or oversize shipments or those arriving in specific postal codes, especially remote areas, e.g. central Quebec region or difficult to access by transporters.

Orders requiring multiple boxes may incur additional charges.

In some cases, the shipping charges provided to us at checkout (and therefore our discounted charges that apply to you) change. These changes are at the sole discretion of the sender (Canada Post or otherwise). If there are any such changes, we will contact you by email or phone (you may need to pay more if the charges have increased, or receive a refund as the shipping charges have been reduced).

 

Follow up

Upon shipment, an email will be sent to you to track your order.

 

delivery time

All online orders are shipped via Canada Post or another carrier from Montreal, Quebec. During peak season, orders can take up to 72 hours to ship. Depending on the destination, the delivery time can vary between 3 and 15 working days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are usually processed the following day.

If the delivery costs or shipping times are not satisfactory to you, it is possible to cancel the order unless the package has left our facilities. To cancel, please email us at nativecraftsupplies2000@gmail.com.

We may be able to coordinate faster delivery with advance notice, although we cannot guarantee any specific time frame as like everyone else we are subject to the terms of the carrier, weather, delays, etc. Please contact nativesupplies2000@gmail.com.

Problems with your package received:

If you have any problems with your package, please DO NOT throw it away. We need clear photos showing any issues so we can file a claim with the shipping company. Out of Stock Items / Back Orders

If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of those items are out of stock, we will ship what we can and the out of stock items will follow as soon as possible. Your payment method is processed at the time of shipment. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. No duty is applicable as all products are shipped within Canada.

Taxes

We are based in Quebec. As such, your order (items and shipping) is subject to applicable GST/PST or HST depending on the delivery address as follows:

Only 5% GST for Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories

9.9975% QST for Quebec

13% HST for Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador

15% HST for Prince Edward Island

15% HST for Nova Scotia
