EASY RETURNS

Order Cancellations and Changes

If for any reason your item is not available, we will notify you by email and your credit card will be refunded.

Return conditions

We guarantee the satisfaction of our consumers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges of the same value provided the buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery. We return items within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage. The item must be returned to its original condition. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange the product otherwise. You must contact our service department via email (nativesupplies2000@gmail.com) to authorize before returning any item in your order for refund.

Return status

Returns may take one to two weeks to process. Once processed, a credit is issued to the original payment method.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable items (like food or flowers)

digital downloads

Intimate items

 

Postage

Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
